Shock Collars for Kyosho Mini-Z RC Cars

A set of 3D printable collars for the shocks of Mini-Z RC cars, these are available in three different sizes for finer regulation of the spring tension of the shock – 0.5mm, 1mm and 1.5mm. They should be fully compatible with both the stock shocks used on the MR-02 and MR-03 cars as well as with tuning shocks such as the aluminium ones by Route 246 for example. Do note that the size of this shock collars is specifically for the center shock that connects the main chassis to the rear motor mount, they will not work with other smaller shocks that may be a part of third party suspension – front or rear for the Mini-Z.

3D Printable T-Plate for Kyosho Mini-Z MR-03

A set of 3D printable T-plates for the Kyosho Mini-Z MR-03 RC cars, available for both MM/LM and RM/HM chassis. These are not compatible with the older MR-02 H-plates as the design of the T-plates has changed with the newer Kyosho MR-03 Mini-Z models. The T-Plates provided are with 0.8 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.4 mm and 1.6 mm height, so that you can get different stiffness of the plate. Furthermore you can vary the stiffness you get with the percentage of the infill you are using until you get the desired results. Feel free to experiment with different settings and if you print and use these T-plates please share your feedback what works best for you on your Mini-Z RC model.

Kyosho Mini-Z Plastic Tires for Drifting

Here is our design for plastic drift tires for Mini-Z RC cars that are made to be 3D printed using PLA filament. Make sure you use PLA and not ABS as with ABS there will be some shrinking and the resulting tires may be hard to fit on the rims. If this happens, could happen with PLA as well, you can try soaking the tires in hot water for a bit to soften them up and then insert them on the rims of the Mini-Z RC model. They will become hard again when they cool down and should fit nice and tight on the model. You can experiment with these plastic drift tires, they should fit on all on-road models of Mini-Z such as MR-02, MR-03 and MA-010 etc.
